This site is designed to provide imparital information on every Sailor Moon Fanfic I can find. I will not review or critique the sites, but will list facts about them. As far as I know this is the first site that has attempted to keep track of the hundreds of Sailor Moon Fanfiction sites that exist.  I'm going to make an honest attempts to keep this site as up to date as possible. I am only one man though, so it is in all authors' best interest to let me know about updates via email. When I constructed this list I used the search Engines of Yahoo, Excite, Metacrawler, Altavista, Snap, and Google, as well as the Anipike. I still may have missed a site. If you know of one, send me an email and I'll add it A.S.A.P. Additionally I visit the major pillars of Sailor Moon Fanficdom in serach of site.

I.) The site is divided up into four sections.

1.) Fanfic sites listed by the length/size of the fic (s).

2.) Fanfic library sites. Sites that host other people's fics.

3.) The Archives where links to sites which are not updated, or are probably dead are listed.

4.) Listings by Subject. In here, the fanfics are sorted by what categories/genres they fall into.

II.) Each listing in the fanfiction directory has several components:  Library listings are slightly different due to the fact that the site owners are promoting the site, and not their own fics in a listing. The components are as follows.

1.) A number: For internal record keeping purposes I put a number in front of each listing. It is not a ranking by any means, but it allows me to check listings quickly and keep track of them.

2.) A letter: Shows what incarnation of Sailor Moon the fics are based on.

-An "A" below the site title means the story is based on the American Dub.

-A "J" below the site title means the story is based on the Japanese Show.

-An "M" below the site title means the story is based on the Manga (Comic form of Sailor Moon)

-A "B" symbolizes a site that has stories based on both series.

-An "N" symbolizes new characters where the old characters don't appear.  In these cases it's hard to know which series the story is based on.

(Sometimes sites have fics that fall into more than one designation so several letters appear. )

3.) Number of Stories: I define a story as a chapter or collection of chapters which are all connected plotwise.

4.) Number of Chapters: My definition of a chapter is a webpage of text. I know this differs from some people's view, but that's my standard.  It is not a perfect standard, but the best I can come up.

5.) Email Address: Email address of the author or site owner. I need to keep these within the listing so that I can reach people easily.

6.) Author or siteowner's name: Pretty self explanatory.

7.) Date: Date with which I had first contact with the author or site owner.

8.) Description: There's also a description or teaser provided by the Author or Library owner of what the stories on the site, or the site itself is about.

9.) Categories: At the end of listings for Large and Small fics a group of abbreviations can be found.  These are the categories the fics fall into.  I once again put these within the fics listing for record keeping purposes.  The date I recieve the categories is also next to the listing normally.

III.) Special Designations: (You may see these from time to time in listings)

<M>- If the site has Hentai or Lemon stories, I put an <M> in the first two lines of the listing.

<ND>- The Author or Site Owner has not provided me with a description of the fic or site.

<NC>- The Author has not provided me with information on what categories their fics fall into (More on categories in a bit)

(June 15th, 2002)- The large fics all have dates after their descriptions denoting when the description was recieved.
